Children need caregivers who understand child development, and who interact with them in positive ways that help promote self-esteem. Caregivers need to know how to help children learn to self-regulate, without humiliating or otherwise harming the child.

P.R.I.C.E. (Positivity, Responsibility, Influence, Consequences and Encouragement) are parenting classes to help good parents become better and new unsure parents to gain confidence. The P.R.I.C.E. philosophy believes the relationships between the child and caregiver can be created to foster support, caring, and nurturing. These classes are also good for childcare and education professionals.

Challenging Behaviors is an introductory workshop to help educators

What Do You Do with the Mad That You Feel explores anger, where it comes from, and how young children can gradually learn the self-control necessary to manage their anger and channel it into productive activity. It also suggests ways to intervene when children act out or lose control. "Challenging Behaviors" is a pre-requisite to this class.

Pre-registration is required for all classes
