	Southwest Iowa Child Care Resource & Referral Iowa Child Care Resource and Referral provides resources, education and advocacy to support quality child care.

Children need caregivers who understand child development, and who interact with them in positive ways that help promote self-esteem. Caregivers need to know how to help children learn to self-regulate, without humiliating or otherwise harming the child.

Pre-registration is required for all classes
