Online Referrals

To access an online referral you will be asked to set up an account by providing e-mail address and password on our secure website. The profile you complete will be kept confidential. The referral list will contain provider's first name, phone number and basic program information. The computer randomly selects a list of not more than 20 providers per search. Some providers choose not to be listed online. Please read these materials before making your decision.

Call a Referral Counselor

An enhanced referral is received by calling the referral counselor. Additional considerations taken into account are vacancies, elementary schools, transportation issues and schedules. Depending on the family's needs, referrals to additional support services are given. All family information will be kept confidential. With the names of the caregivers, you will receive a packet of materials.

Referral counselors are:

Cass, Fremont, Harrison, Mills, Monona, Montgomery, Page, Pottawattamie, Shelby, Audubon, Carroll and Greene and all other counties when local counselors are unavailable.
