Child Care Resource & Referral is a program of West Central Community Action and funded by the Iowa Department of Human Services.
Child Care Resource and Referral (CCR&R) plays an essential role in coordinating and supporting educational opportunities. We offer several different avenues in which you can register for trainings. When you opt to register using the State Training Registry, the class is free; when you call and register at (800)945-9778 a fee will be assessed.

Many Iowa Community Colleges offer education in Early Childhood or classes to obtain a Child Development Associate credential (CDA). Eager To Learn, ISU Extension and National Association of Family Child Care offer webinars and online classes that are approved for training hours.
